My ITI graduation project: a comprehensive clinic management system with smart appointment scheduling, role-based dashboards, prescription and billing management, real-time analytics — and an AI chatbot built on Hugging Face.
A clinic is a scheduling problem wrapped in a records problem: appointments must not collide, reminders must go out, and doctors, staff and patients each need a different view of the same data. As a graduation project, the goal was to prove I could ship a complete multi-role system, not a demo screen.
React on the front, Django and PostgreSQL behind it, with role-based access control across doctor, staff and patient dashboards. Real-time analytics summarize clinic activity, and an AI chatbot built with Hugging Face models helps patients with assistance and booking.

The project graduated me from ITI's intensive program and stands as the first complete multi-role system I designed end to end — the pattern I have since repeated in production platforms.
