The Challenge

Diabetes generates a constant stream of glucose readings, but raw numbers help nobody: patients need to see where they are heading, and doctors need many patients' trends at a glance. The platform had to ingest device data in real time and turn it into signals both sides can act on.

The Approach

Built on Next.js and PostgreSQL: real-time synchronization with CGM and IoT devices feeds interactive health portals — one for doctors, one for patients — while predictive analytics watch glucose trends and raise health alerts before problems peak.
